INGREDIENTS: Wheat groats (gluten) 92%, carrots, dried onions, black trumpet mushroom 1%, Shiitake mushroom 1%, vegetable stock (salt, sugar, yeast extract, onions, carrots, parsley, turmeric), garlic, red peppers, parsley, spices, marjoram 0,3%.

A product of high nutritional value! The carbohydrates present in groats and the abundance of trace minerals present in spices and herbs benefit our health and satisfy our need for good taste while the hypoglycemic properties contained in black trumpet contribute to the prevention of diabetes.

 

Easy to Cook

Add 2 ½ cups of water per 1 cup of product. Boil it while stirring for 8 minutes. Add salt and butter or olive oil. To make it spicier, slightly sauté all or part of the product at the beginning, add white wine and then add boiling water.

INGREDIENTS: Carolina Rice 88%, dried carrots and onions, red peppers, black trumpet mushroom 1,5%, Shiitake mushroom 1%, vegetable stock ( salt, sugar, yeast extract, onions, carrots, parsley, turmeric), dried garlic & leek, black pepper.

Easy to Cook

Risotto

Add 5 cups of water in a pot and bring it to a simmer. Sauté the product in ½ cup of oil or butter. Add 1 cup of white wine. When the liquid is fully absorbed, add ¼ cup of water and stir. Steadily add the rest of the water while stirring. Just before the water is fully absorbed, remove it from heat and stir in butter and parmesan. Ready to serve!

 

Suggestion: Use this product to stuff peppers and cook them in the oven or serve it as a side dish with pork steaks in the oven.

 

 

3. Porcini Orzo

A modern Greek recipe, resembling the Italian risotto recipe. Delicious and easy to cook! Made for those who desire to have a balanced and healthy diet without sacrificing taste and valuable time.
 

INGREDIENTS: Orzo 87%, dried carrots, vegetable stock (salt, sugar, yeast extract, onions, carrots, parsley, turmeric) porcini 2%, shiitake 2%, dried onions, garlic and tomatoes, black pepper.

Porcini Orzo contains carbohydrates from orzo and proteins from wild mushrooms. Mushrooms, rich in vitamin B12, can perfectly replace meat. Along with the beneficial micronutrients that garlic and onions contain, you get a full meal, ideal for a vegetarian diet or fasting.

Orzo prepared like risotto

4 ½ cups of water per 1 cup of product.

Take the mushrooms out of the product and add them to the water. Bring water to a boiling point. Slightly sauté the rest of the product and add white wine. Add some tomato sauce and ¼ of the boiling water along with the mushrooms. Reduce the heat and steadily add the rest of the water while stirring. Remove from heat before the water is fully absorbed and let it cool. Add butter and parmesan or feta, stir until they melt, add salt and serve!

Suggestion: try it as a side dish with beef casserole!     

4. Wild Porcini Mushroom Soup

INGREDIENTS: Cracked Carolina Rice 33.5%, glutinous rice 20%, groats 24%, dried carrots, potato flakes, corn starch, salt, dried tomato, porcini mushrooms 2%, black trumpet mushrooms 1.5%, shiitake mushrooms 1.5%, dried onions, garlic & spearmint, turmeric and white pepper.

Wild mushrooms carry proteins and B12 vitamin while herbs and spices carry micronutrients, making mushroom soup a meal that answers the need for a balanced diet. Additionally, turmeric protects against various neurodegenerative diseases thanks to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. A product rich in flavour that contributes to longevity!

Easy to Cook

Soup

In 8 cups of water, add ½ cup of olive oil and 1 cup of the product and simmer for about 15 minutes. For stronger taste, slightly sauté the product and add white wine before the boiling point. If you prefer a rather velvety texture, purée the soup with an immersion blender. Serve with yoghurt, bacon, crouton or anything you like, adjusting salt and pepper to your preferences!
