Rare Honey with white gold colour and intense aromas from the wild herbs of the Cretan land. Naturally enriched with aromas of Thyme, Sage and wild Lavender. Known for its healing and tonic properties, Sage while Thyme and Lavender with their antiseptic and detoxifying action, also promote cell regeneration. Contains Iron, Phosphorus and Potassium. This type of Honey crystallises in a period 0f 6- 18 months. Crystallisation is a natural phenomenon  of Honey. Liquefaction it by placing the jar in warm water up to 50 Celsius degrees.
